Fire pits are included in so many of the backyard landscapes we design and build at Eco Landscape. They are loved by our clients and always end up being the most used area of their space.

Custom fire pits can be formed and poured in place from sand finish, smooth or board pressed concrete. We also often build them from block and stucco them, or covered them stone, adding a cap to the top. Tile detailing can also add a pop of color and pattern to your yard and tie into other areas within the space. For smaller spaces, we do also incorporate precast fire pits from time to time. Many of the fire pits we install have beautiful built-in couches around them as well making the space finished and designed.

And who says a fire pit is just for warmth? It can also be a fun, practical addition to your outdoor cooking repertoire - our kids favorite!!! Toasting marshmallows for s’mores is a classic fire pit tradition, but why stop there? You can let your kids grill hot dogs on a stick, make foil-wrapped meals (called “tin foil surprise” in our family), or even try your hand at fire-roasted vegetables. It adds a sense of adventure and excitement to outdoor meals that’s hard to beat.
