PALISADES ECO CHIC

This breathtaking modern, environmentally friendly residence, located in the Pacific Palisades of Southern California, epitomizes indoor-outdoor living at its finest. The striking courtyard "L"-shaped home boasts expansive glass walls that effortlessly merge the outdoor environment with the comfortable, modern interiors. 

The front yard entry is adorned with wild, drought-tolerant plantings that provide a natural contrast to the bold linear lines of the board pressed concrete staircase. In the side and rear yards, the Mediterranean-inspired landscape features elegant low fruiting olive trees, sculptural agaves, and diverse succulents that frame the outdoor living areas, and are seen from the home’s interiors. Included in the outdoor space is a built-in concrete firepit and wood and concrete couch, a dining space, and an outdoor kitchen which is accented by modern tile. All of these elements combine to make the perfect setting for entertainment and relaxation.

Designed by architect Bryan Winters, this project reflects the seamless collaboration between architecture and landscape design that we value and welcome. Building upon the architect’s vision, we expertly designed and installed the hardscape and garden areas to enhance the home’s connection to its natural surroundings.
